I graduated from Vermont Law School with my Juris Doctor in 1997 and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar later that same year. I went on to hold several in-house counsel positions in the energy, construction and telecommunications industries, rising to Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. After restructuring and selling the last three companies for investors, I began my own practice in 2008. Since that time, I have served small and large businesses alike, as well as many individuals with estate planning, probate matters, and numerous business transactions.

Prior to attending law school, I received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine. I worked in several engineering capacities in the power generation industry.
