RETAIL ENERGY PROCUREMENT CONTRACTS

My Retail Energy Procurement Contract service is designed to meet the needs of businesses that are sourcing their electricity needs from retailers other than an incumbent electric utility.  I leverage my experience within the energy industry, including with a national electric retailer, to decipher complex rate structures and transmission and delivery schemes, allowing my clients to achieve desired energy and cost savings.

Since electric utilities were deregulated several years ago, more businesses have sought competitive sources of electricity with electricity retailers.  Entering a contract for competitive electricity presents significant challenges to businesses without expertise in electric rate structures and the associated contracts.  More need for support with procurement contracts is arising, as the growing environmental ethic is resulting in more businesses pursuing green power.  I offer services to review and negotiate these contracts, to ensure that my clients receive the electricity delivery services and costs savings they expect.  As part of my services, I can identify potential energy and associated costs savings with recommendations to reduce peak energy demands.
