Mr. Dalton received his Juris Doctor degree from Vermont Law School, focusing his studies on corporate and environmental law, and his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine. 

Mr. Dalton is admitted to practice before the state courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is a Notary Public.

Prior to starting his own law firm in 2010, Mr. Dalton was Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Veroxity Technology Partners, LLC.
